About Us

Raj Essoo has a bachelor’s degree, BTech (Hons) in Civil Engineering, and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). Having successively held key operational responsibilities over 25 years, he has acute business acumen.

Raj specializes in environmental management and is well-versed in the finance and HR functions. He is currently leading a company with over 600 employees. He is a Registered Professional Engineer.

Rajeev Peddadu graduated in Management Information Systems, holds an MBA, a LLM (Cyber Law) and a MSc in Forensics and Criminology.  He is a Member of the Chartered Institute for IT (UK).   

Rajeev has over 18 years of experience as a management professional and Information Technology specialist. Holding various IT certifications, he specializes in Core Computing Security and Digital Forensics.

Niraj Jealal has a B.Sc. in Management from the University of Mauritius and holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA). He has more than 14 years of experience in the field of management. 

Niraj has had a long exposure in the Paint manufacturing and trade, while also building extensive experience in the importation and distribution of construction materials for the local market, through Arkolac Ltd.

Jenny Goorwappa is a part qualified Accountant, and she holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting and Business.   She is a Management Professional with a high propensity towards financial matters.

Jenny has built-up experience of more than 17 years in financial management. Over the years she has diversified her skill base, by handling administrative management and Quality Management Systems.

Sandiva Seeneevassen is a Graduate of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.  He initially took on an accounting role but has gradually moved on to a more managerial function over the years.  

Sandiva has gathered experience, with more than 15 years, in Tax, Accounting, and regulatory matters.  While he has had an auditing role at some point in time, he also had exposure in the Offshore sector.

Fawaaz Lallmahomede is an Engineer, holding a BEng (Hons) in Mechatronics.  While he also obtained a Master of Business Administration from the University of Mauritius, he is a versatile technical person.

Fawaaz has 12 years of experience in the Engineering and ICT fields.  While operating at a managerial level, his technical competencies also include new and emerging technologies such as marine technology and robotics.

Dilbar Goolfee is a professional Accountant, with more than 20 years of experience.  As Group Finance Controller, he ensures compliance with sound financial practices within the organization.

Dilbar has built most of his experience working as a Finance Manager in a major company in Mauritius.  He is fully skilled in managing day-to-day financial operations as well as funding and investment planning.

Deenazad Mohammad Outim holds a Bachelor of Laws and an  Master of Business Administration. Member of the Mauritius Institute of Directors, he acts as the Group Company Secretary.

Deenazad holds more than 10 years of experience in the legal arena. With his exposure locally and internationally, he has developed expertise in corporate law, tax matters, Labour law as well as compliance and administration matters.   

Deepmala Ramsurrun - Aukhez holds a BSc in Human Resource Management and a Master of Business Administration.

Deepmala currently has the responsibility of overseeing the international operation of Kalis Investment, in addition to her HR responsibilities. Her journey is a testament to her commitment and capability in driving organizational success.

Amalia Jeanne holds a BA Architecture with Honours from the University of Brighton, UK, a MSc in Project Management for Construction from the University of Portsmouth, UK, as well as a certificate in Principles of Construction Contracts from the Institution of Civil Engineers, UK (ICE).

Amalia has 12 years of experience in the field of Construction, which also includes 8 years in the Public Sector, gaining invaluable experience. She now brings her expertise to the Kalis Group of Companies as our Project Manager.
