Building is at the core of the activities of the Facilities Division.
The Facilities Diviison has since its inception intervened at several stages of the life cycle of buildings. The building life cycle refers to the view of buildings over the course of its life, and the companies within the Cluster have over the years positioned themselves at stages which are: Build, Manage and Maintain.
With over 28 years of experience in the built environment, coupled with ISO proven standards and procedures in place, the Facilities Management Diviison has developed a unique proven practice of spending energy on construction, facilities management, cleaning, hygiene and real estate activities to create a progressive and integrated approach to allow our clients to focus on their core business, while we take care of the non-core activities.
